I agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold PeacefulPaws harmless for any damage to my personal property while volunteering for PeacefulPaws. I acknowledge the potential risks of injury or sickness while handling animals and release PeacefulPaws from any claims or demands related to my volunteer services. I understand that my photographs or videos taken during volunteering may be used for public relations efforts without specific notification. I agree not to volunteer under the influence of drugs or alcohol. I authorize PeacefulPaws to conduct a background check and understand that eligibility for the volunteer program may be affected by the results. I also agree to respect PeacefulPaws' non-disclosure policy regarding confidential information and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in penalties, including termination.
